Dreamwave LMS has been separated into 2 subscription packages, namely Entry and Standard packages. Features within these packages are still subject to change without prior notice.
- Entry package is most suitable for startup and small scale training providers who demand for an automated and more efficient training operation.
- Standard Package is dedicated to medium and large scale training providers who demand for and automated end-to-end training operation with cross-region functionality, online student registration and time critical support and services.

Pricing
Dreamwave LMS v2.0 is still under limited trial phase. We are currently working with limited customers to help us evaluate and improve on the current functionality. Once the trial phase is over, we will update the pricing area accordingly.
Basic Functionality:
System and User Administration
An application setup interface for administrator and regional super user to setup firm/institution specific information for a particular region. These information includes address field, office contacts, web servers, ftp servers, drop down list, and some pre-populated text fields and timezone. System Administrator can increase and decrease the number of users and manage module accessibility for each group. Users must be grouped into distinctive group to access the LMS Training Operation Application or LMS Lecturer Application.
Course Profile Management
The central heart of the LMS, where course are created, defined, priced, assigned to lecturer(s) and scheduled.
Training Material Management
Lecturers can upload or download their materials to the ftp server and the training coordinator can review and amend before changes takes effect.
Lecturer Profile Management
Only lecturers have access to this application. Lecturer can manage their training schedules, training materials, define course structure and personal particulars from various region as assigned by the training coordinator.
Proposal & Web Publishing
Training coordinator can generate and print hardcopy or softcopy proposal and publish or unpublish the selected scheduled training content to the web page with the use of Dreamwave LMS APIs.
Training Calendar Builder & Outbound Marketing
Dynamic training calendar can be generated and published to the web page on a need basis. Training coordinator can post latest news and events using the News and Events Management features and made available on the web pages dynamically with our News & Events APIs.
Enhanced Functionality:
Multi Region Capability
This feature allow training provider to expand beyond their existing operating region. Administrator can specify access privilege to most of the content in different region. Entry Package subscriber will automatically switch to Standard Package once this feature is activated. Define your region by submitting a request to us now.
Online Course Registration
With our Course Registration API, students or corporate representatives can enroll for training program(s) online at ease, either as a group or as an individual.
Customer & Member Management
With the online member signup, the training provider can better manage and track their customer's learning history and corporate interest. These member data will be exported to form company profile database and member profile database.
Dynamic Web Content APIs (LMS APIs):
Dreamwave LMS APIs' outlook are highly customizeable to customers' own web style. Now, you do not have to worry about how and when to update your web pages. Simply embed our APIs into your web page and look at the content updated instantly. Furthermore, our Dreamwave LMS APIs are search engine index-able.
Training Calendar API
Training calendar API can traverse customer content into a presentable table structure. You can filter the region and the number of months to display in advance for the training schedules.
News & Events API
Specific news, highlights, publications, meetings and various events updated through the LMS will be displayed on your web pages base on the time frame specified. You can opt to display News and or Events separately, or both simultaneously.
Course Search API
This API simply list the course and course group in a menu and submenu format. It also includes a search field for easy keyword filtering. By selecting on a particular course, it can link to the Course Details API to display a particular training information and simultaneously link to the Course Registration API for upcoming schedule information and online course registration.
Course Details API
As its name implies, this API simply display a particular course information once selected via the Course Search API. These are information published via the LMS Training Operation Application.
Course Registration API
Scheduled courses can be displayed by using this API. If the Member API is used along with this API, online course registration will be activated, therefore allowing online member to register for courses instantly. Member can also register on behalf of multiple students.
Member Registration API
Member Registration API is the most advanced API within the Dreamwave LMS API collection. This API allows online user to sign up as a member, sign in to perform online course registration (using the Course Registration API), track registration status, manage personal & company profile and track the personal learning history within your firm/institution.
Service & Support:
Documentation
Dreamwave will provide various documentation update for the Dreamwave LMS and Dreamwave LMS APIs once it is made available. This documentation is provided "As Is" and is Free for download. Please check back our documentation section periodically. Dreamwave will send out email to inform of such document release from time to time.
Email Support
Dreamwave LMS email support can be accessed via our Support Request page. We only accept request coming from the assigned Administrator email.
Phone & IM Support
Dreamwave only accept phone and instant messaging support from our Standard Package assigned Administrators and is currently available on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM MST (UTC/GMT +8). Our time is now :
Premium Service Level
Dreamwave strives to provide timely responses to all customer enquiry and service request. For Entry Package, we generally respond as soon as we can get our hands free, as for the Standard Package our customer support strive to response to your enquiry and request within the next business day.
Customization Request
Dreamwave do provide minor customization to our LMS application to better suit our customer's business needs. The customization request is reserved for our Standard Package subscriber and will be reviewed and costed separately. Dreamwave has the right to reject any customization request if not deemed viable.
Software Maintenance & Updates:
Latest Fixes
Dreamwave might role out fixes to the Dreamwave LMS application on a need basis. The fixes could be issues identified by our customers or from our internal development team.
Service Packs
Dreamwave periodically produces Service Packs that includes cumulative bug fixes and minor enhancement to the latest stable release. Dreamwave LMS Service Packs will go through full regression test before release. Customer is usually given a separate application instance for testing before enforcing the service pack update.
